Return Policy

At Nutri5x, we are committed to your satisfaction with our supplements. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your Nutri5x supplement, you may return it within 365 days of your date of purchase. Please take note of the following terms and conditions regarding our return policy:

1. Return Request Process:

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:
Email customerservice@nutri5x.store with a brief explanation for the refund request.
Obtain a Refund Acknowledgement Number (RAN) within 24 hours of your email.

2. Return Shipping:

Clearly display your original Order Number, and the assigned RAN on the outside of the package.
If you ordered two or more bottles of the same product, the money-back guarantee policy applies to one opened container and any remaining unopened containers.
The cost of shipping returned products to Nutri5x is the responsibility of the customer. Use a shipping method with an online tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Reply to the PRA email (without changing the subject line) with your return tracking number.

3. Refund Processing:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items.

4. Additional Notes:

We appreciate receiving any unopened bottles with intact seals, in line with the time you’ve had your order and the recommended serving size.
If you have previously received a refund for an order and then reordered within a 12-month period, you may not be eligible for a second refund on your second order.
Nutri5x does not offer “Free trials.” By ordering a second time, you accept that your right to a refund is invalid.

5. Undeliverable Orders:

If your order is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information or issues with your country’s postal service, any agreed refund will exclude postage paid at the time of purchase.
